My Journey to Manifest my Dreams to Travel the World

     

    I've been on a spiritual journey for a while, trying to find my purpose. While searching for my purpose, I tried many things to see if they fit. I have chosen several career choices, including graphic design, digital and contemporary art, nail tech, and esthetics. Even though I am good at a lot of the things that I do, none of it really gave me the fulfillment that I was looking for. Then, finally, one day it hit me: traveling is what moves me figuratively and literally. At 17, I joined the Army, hoping it would allow me to travel as I wanted. I was greatly disappointed; the only place I went outside of the great state of Texas (not really) was Missouri for basic training. After basic training, I went to AIT for my MOS, and that was in Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas, and for permanent party, I was stationed in Fort Hood, Killeen, Texas. They sent me back to the one place I did not want to be. I eventually got orders for Heidelberg, Germany, but that never happened because I was flagged for being overweight. After all, they forced me to take the depo shot for birth control, which caused my rapid weight gain. 

    However, now that my children are grown, I finally have the space and time I need to make traveling a priority. But I was still in the mindset that I can only travel if I have a lot of money or choose a career where traveling would be a big part of the job. So, needless to say, I didn't fully think I could travel without some type of resource to do so. I limited myself for a very long time, thinking traveling the world was out of reach somehow. It had to be connected to something specific, but it doesn't. 

    I do Tarot, and I have a very direct connection to the Divine in a very profound way. It gives me the guidance I need to make the right decisions for myself. I'm very devoted to my spirituality, and the Divine has been giving me signs over and over again that traveling is what I am supposed to be doing. In an Oracle Deck I created for my Vision Board Journal I created, Main Character Energy Vision Board Journal, my travel cards for my travel board come out all the time. One day, when those cards came out during a reading, it hit me like a ton of bricks. My purpose is to travel this world. It is not a coincidence that I have a whole stellium in my 9th house. The 9th house in astrology is the house of Long-Distance traveling, higher learning, searching, researching, and exploring. I have my Sun, Moon, and Venus signs in the 9th house, so I think it's time for me to explore like I want to.

    So me being the spiritual person that I am, I asked the Divine to send me signs for the first place I need to explore. Not long after, I started to see my answer. After I dropped one of my daughters off at work, I saw a work truck that had the name George Brazil, then a few hours later, I was on YouTube and saw a video recommendation of Brazilian music. Even more, I started to notice that Brazil was showing itself to me a lot longer than just those first few days I had asked. A week before, I saw that one of my favorite artists, Masegeo, was doing vlogs on his YouTube channel, and he was speaking about how he moved to Salvador. It doesn't take me long to notice signs all around me. So now I'm doing all the research I can about the different places in Brazil, not to mention one of my favorite gangsta movies is City of God, which is a movie about Brazilian gangstas from Rio de Janeiro. I got on Duolingo and I'm learning Portuguese and loving it. It's such a beautiful language, a mix of Spanish and French. It sounds so poetic and rhythmical in a way, so many words are very sing-y. 

    Moreover, I'm taking this a step further and using my manifestation vision board journal to help me manifest my first trip to Brazil.  I have decided that Salvador will be my first city I go and visit. It's full of artistic and creative expression, 80% of the population there is black, and they call it the blackest city in Brazil. I feel this is a place that represents me in all the ways. Brazil feels familiar to me, like there is a past life energy that is there for me to discover. I did check my Astrocartography, and I have many beautiful astrological lines in Brazil that represent exactly what I feel Brazil would have to offer me. Beauty, freedom, creative and emotional expression, and maybe even romance. 

    So I invite whoever is reading this to join me in this journey of manifesting. Like I said before, I created a Vision Board Journal book to manifest different things into my life. I do it through my Main Character Energy Vision Board Journal, that you can get your copy of in the link. However, I created a small ebook especially for traveling, and it's free to get and use anytime you want. I will be making videos on how to use the journal to help you manifest, and also my own progress of manifesting my very first trip to another country. I'm so excited about this and this is the first time that I have been truly passionate about something. 

So I sincerely hope that whoever is reading this that also has dreams to travel, you are open-minded enough to know that it is possible for you too. Because for so long, I didn't think it was remotely possible. They say that if the Divine gives you the desire, then it's already yours. Let's create something beautiful together.
